Current Prog: M12S (prog varies between members.) Your ideal prog point: M11S Elliptical (Normal) - Open to M11S based on passport.

Static Goal: Primary: Clear the tier ASAP. (Got held back this tier but trying to correct it.) Future Goal: Moving to Mid/Semi-Core, Clear each tier within 1-3 weeks.

Secondary Goal(s): 7.4 Ultimate. (We plan to do this as a static but not required.), Future Exs

About Us: We recently had a roster change with a melee and shield barrier departing. Our experience is savage-ultimate level content clears with a Mid/Semi-Core mindset. We strive on having aiding one another, locking in and working together. However, having fun and joking is also important. Please knows how to speak up when struggling, PFing when stuck or asking questions. While parsing is nice, we strive more on getting the job done, farm it out and moving on. (Average group parsing is likely between 50-99 with some give/take.) We are all long-term players even through the content droughts. Been together since the begin of xpac tier. Looking to fill a Barrier Healer that harnesses some of the expectations talked below.

Why join us? We are laid back, love to have fun and joke but also lock in while staying motivated to get the job done. Punctual, comfortable group with a dependable attendance. Core value of clearing over the parse. (Parse runs available after the clear.) Gear sharing distribution is fair and followed and only funnel if we need to meet DPS checks.

Expectations (Only major ones are noted): Toxicity?: Not tolerated. Be Respectful. This includes when receiving/giving constructive criticism, no need to demean or be rude. Job?: Know your rotations, buffs and MITS. It's vital to meeting the checks. Timeliness?: Be punctual/great attendance. Life always comes first, so we understand. Please communicate if you are not able to raid or maybe running late. Communication?: It is key to a successful static from attendance to asking questions when progging. Discord: Required but chatting with us is not. Gear: BIS as possible (food/pots/gear) for prog. We utilize a gear sheet that is required to be used. Patience: Have it. Ideally, We want to clear 1-3 weeks. (Give/Take). It's important to stay level headed about this expectation. Mistakes: They happen. No big deal, just do your best to learn from them. Motivation?: We are looking for someone highly motivated and who wants to be here. Joking and fun is a part of it but so is putting in an earnest effort with questions, studying and locking in. Preparation: Studying is a priority, not a suggestion. Leniency W1 is fine. Experience?: Raid experience is highly preferred on a savage or higher level but not required.

We are ideally looking for a candidate that is around our prog point listed above with at least some gear. Although, this might be impossible to find at this point in the tier, we are open to applicants that fit close to all the above.
