Looking for 5 members for the following job(s):
TLDR; CURRENTLY: 3/8 TEA STATIC. SUNDAYS ONLY. RANDOM HOURS BETWEEN 12:00PM PST AND 11:00PM PST.
What we’re looking for to begin:
YOU MUST BE:
- LGBTQ FRIENDLY and RESPECTFUL
- Able to listen, learn, take criticism and even give advice if needed. We encourage open communication without hostility.
- Come to raid prepared with food, pots, and good attitudes. If you need help with any of those: ASK! We have crafters on deck.
- Be willing to SIM or PF for parts we want to work on, outside of raid. Not necessarily required unless we are hard struggling.
- Experienced with AT LEAST Extreme content with ability to show competency at your job. ANY Savage experienced preferred, and Ulti experience always welcomed.
Current Roster:
- Dancer: Inexperienced Raid Lead, but Ulti clearer and veteran/half-retired Savage raider.
- Gunbreaker/Dragoon: New to TEA, not new to Ultis.
- Healer Flex: Savage and multi-Ulti clearer.
Because I, our dancer, have multiple IRL obligations right now and coming into Spring Semester as a Med student, our only OFFICIAL day will be Sundays, BETWEEN 12:00 PM PST and 11:00PM PST, sometimes a lockout, sometimes many lockouts! It will be group dependent and load dependent. Outside of official hours, static members CAN be on-call and asked to prog specific points or do sims for mechanic explanations. I will personally be learning as much as I can as a raid lead from our flexer, and from my FC mates who are multi-legends and experienced raid leads!
