Phoenix Harp

Welcome to Phoenix Harp, a midcore static with savage and ultimate experience! We’re currently recruiting for the third Arcadion tier and beyond.

What is expected:

1. Know your job! This is the bare minimum.
2. Be punctual! Let’s respect each other’s time. If any complications arise, please reach out to any static members ASAP.
3. While speaking is voluntary, joining voice call is mandatory!
4. Our goal is to complete the raid tier within 1.5 to 2 months it's released, raiding 9-12 hours a week. So, when guides are posted, members must study whenever possible! Knowing mechanics ahead of time allows us to progress quicker and have extra time to practice if needed.
5. Be open to feedback and willing to work with the group to resolve issues kindly.
6. Above all, strive for a positive attitude! We’re all in this together, so let’s be kind and have fun (and stay focused) while we’re at it :D. We highly encourage a lively and warm atmosphere, so banter and joke (respectfully) to your heart’s content! 6.5 Fornax'a will be temporarily out of commission during week 2-5, so we're also looking for a TEMPORARY MT until he gets back.
