Hey all,

I'm putting together a group to start doing DSR. We have 2 top 50 HoF WoW raiders trying to break into the ffxiv scene, as well as one giga gamer. DMU got them all excited, and they want to start pushing for some ulti clears.

Three of us are fresh but ready. The raid lead/shot caller has cleared a few times. Because our times are pretty strict and we couldn't get all the hours we wanted due to scheduling, the group really wants to be ready, studied, and one step ahead. We're looking for other players who love raiding and are willing to put the extra time in watching videos, reading strats, looking at PoVs, and running the sim. We don't have a hard and fast rule requiring sim, but an extra 15 minutes a couple days to solo sim stuff like P3 really really helps turn those from long to prog (due to all the different roles) to easy breezy covergirl.

Team: NIN, SAM, BRD/Healer, BLM

Schedule: Thursday-Sunday, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Requirements: • Willingness to study and watch/read the guides • Patient attitude for prog • Treat your fellow raiders with kindness. To be human is to err. It is us vs the boss. Not us vs each other. • Gotta be LGBTQIA+ Friendly and diversity in general. No throwing around gamer words or slurs please. • Be on time. 5 minutes early is 10 minutes late. • Use discord for communication, we get on call, you don't need to speak if you don't feel comfortable with it, but at least be there to hear callouts.
