raid fih is a casual static looking to clear the current tier and have a good time with the raids! There really aren't any crazy expectations beyond being consistent and putting in the effort to try; we understand that progress isn't linear and that every day has so much going on to it beyond raiding. Currently, most of us are relatively geared and at M12s p1 prog, but we're more than willing to go a bit backwards to help folk prog and get geared so that we can all be on the same page. Most of us are CST/UTC -6 and tend to raid on Wednesday/Monday evenings, but we can be flexible with timing to ensure that everyone can make it. also, current thing is that our NIN (Cove) is taking a hiatus so we do need a like semi-long term fill. we'll be down to help u prog and what not no problem
