TLDR; Prog Team 1 needs 1 Rdps comfortable on there role to raid in current tier
Raising Expectations (Rex) is a growing community focused on helping players develop and gain higher understanding of the game.
We strive for good communication and a friendly environment.
Rex is currently undergoing some restructuring and finds itself in need of 4 players for prog Team 1.
2 tanks, 1 regen healer, and one physical ranged dps
We ask that any player who applies for this team comes in with a solid understanding of their class and role and preferably some raid experience, we can help train the later as required.
Any applicants will go through a trial period to see if they vibe with the group and to see for themselves if Rex is what they would like to be a part of.
We raid two nights per week, Tue/Wed from 7-9:30 pm CST
any other applicants who want to have a group to learn, play, and socialize with and do not meet the requirements team 1 is looking for are still encouraged to apply with a statement noting as much.
Introduction
Raising Expectations is a community group that wants to focus on learning higher game knowledge and improvement with intent to eventually tackle content on release.
Our goal is to bring players up to meet the higher demand of endgame content and help tutor players to have a greater understanding of the game as a whole and eventually be able to tackle the hardest content the game has to offer (Ideally anyways)
We encourage open communication and use of data to help facilitate growth.
this sounds more academic than it needs to, I am intense but raiding does not have to be.
New players of all skill levels welcome, must be open to feedback and be willing to talk with us if there are issues. (I want to learn as well)
Players of a higher skill level who wish to contribute to the growth of others are also more than welcome.
Raids will be two nights a week and feedback will be posted for what people can work on in the interim.
We have 2 core progression teams, Team 1 is currently recruiting after a growth spurt and restructuring.
Off night practice and prog groups will be hosted to help newer players learn and gain confidence.
