Looking for 2 tanks to round out a DMU static! Ideally we'd be raiding together long term if things work out well enough, but for now UMAD clear is the commitment!

Ultimate/Criterion experience is helpful but not necessary! If you have the highest confidence in your ability to do raid mechanics and keep up your damage well enough then you are more than ready for your first ultimate.

Goal Clear in 3 months! and reclears so we can collect as many weapons as we want.

Expectations! • Know your job! This goes without saying, but having complete confidence in the job you're playing is mandatory for ultimate content. Less you focus on your buttons the more you can focus on mechanics. • Prog/clear minded people are encouraged. Drop that GCD if it means we get to see just a tiny bit more of our current prog point, • Hold yourself personally accountable when making mistakes and accept feedback if others are trying to help you out! • Be ON time to raid nights. The earlier the better but please be available within 5 minutes of the schedule start time. • Study thoroughly! Come prepared to every raid night and if you weren't able to prepare due to IRL, let the group know so we can review together before raid. • VC attendence is required, but it is okay to be muted! • Be respectful of everyone you're raiding with. Frustrations get high during ultimate but remember you are playing with real people who deserve your respect. That being said there is also a zero tolerance policy for any hate speech.

Schedule: WE ARE A STATIC OF MOSTLY AUS/ASIA raiders so times cross into NA degen hours. (NA night shifters appreciated!)

Hours are 2:00 AM PST - 6 AM PST on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. Scheduling can be a bit flexible but I'm looking for at least 12 hours a week!
