[LFM][Dawntrail][7.4 Savage][7.5 Ultimate][Aether][6/8] Times Tuesdays Wednesdays & Thursdays: 9pm to 12am central time 3 Hour nights…there will be breaks and time to stretch, regroup, etc. Gamers Needed 1 Healer (Regen) 1 Tank (OT)

Looking to add two members (1 OT and 1 Regen Healer) to our static. We have mostly all raided together last tier, with some who started in the first raid tier this expansion. We’ve lasted so long based on being able to learn mechanics and hit buttons well. Overall, we are fairly midcore with an expectation to study and learn before raid time. We address snags and want to keep up a pace to clear, not looking to have raid nights stuck on 1 mechanic.
This last tier we’re not looking for a particularly tight timeline to finish but would like to be done or close to done within 4-6 weeks. Gearing is standard Melee > Tank > Healer prio, with reverse prio for final mount. We will track all gear in a google doc and make sure we don’t lose track. With the three week delay in savage we do expect Tome Capping and being ready to grab BIS gear based on role.

Expectations: ⦁ Study up and be ready to go for mechanics we are at and beyond that point. Raid time isn’t when you should be studying for the first time. Understand the fight and it's concepts from start to finish ⦁ Be on time or let us know if it will take an extra minute or two to get online (I don't clock in in real life I won't expect you to) Just be an adult and communicate. We will make up that time at the end of raid or take it from breaks ⦁ Communicate issues (You can’t hurt my feelings, trust me) This includes being part of the raid discord (bare minimum if a question is needed to be answered) ⦁ Be ok with feedback. Any thoughts, comments, or concerns voiced are not a personal attack, it’s just to get closer to our shared goal of clearing the fight. These will be addressed in DMs and should be 1:1 conversations Note: If anyone does give poor feedback or non constructive feedback during raid they’ll be talked to and asked to address it. It’s a game, lets game and have fun. ⦁ Gearing will be addressed using a spreadsheet and priority system. Prioritizing damage and quicker clears(Highest Damage to lowest of that clear)
