We recently stepped up from casual to midcore. Due to this, a couple of our members decided to step down, and we're looking to fill those slots!
We're looking for players who communicate well, and are willing to put in time and effort outside of our raid times. We meet on Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm-11pm EST and our current prog point is m10s bubble, but I'm expecting that we'll make fairly quick progress with us stepping up and putting in more time and effort on the fights!
As a leader, I want to ensure that we're staying on track and making good progress, but I'm very results-focused. If we're doing well and making good progress, I'm happy. If there are numbers issues, I'm more than happy to talk to that person on an individual basis and work with them to get them to where we need them to be. That being said, I am determined to put together a good and consistent group, and I am willing to step in and resolve any problems that do arise.

Introduction
Hi! We're the Silly Study Buddies! We were a casual group, but have recently stepped up to midcore! Due to us originally being a casual group, we are currently progging m10s, with our current prog point being bubble. That being said, we are putting in more time and effort to get through this tier and we plan to finish the tier within the next 2-3 months! Our goal is to be done in time for the upcoming Ultimate c:
We do meet on Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm-11pm EST. Due to this, we do require studying and practicing outside of our meeting times to ensure that we can make the most of the time that we are together as a static.
