TLDR; Raiding MTWTh 7-9pm pst. Goal is to clear savage and move on to the new ult and clear before tier 3
Slam Raiding in need of the following: Any Shield Healer
About Us: Our static has been around through multiple expansions, cleared all savage tiers and ultimates and are looking for 2 new members going into dawntrail to clear the first savage tier and hopefully make our way into FRU after. We will not be blind progging but we will be looking over any strats available and deciding on the best strat for the group. We won't always be using the pf strat if another method fits our group better or if we prefer to get someone uptime etc. We prefer to be a long-term static that does the most difficult content in a reasonable amount of time without going too hardcore as shown by our hours below.
Expectations: We expect any new members to be on time and prepared as much as possible day to day. We would prefer ultimate experience as progging one week to week for more than a month can be tough and the more experience with that the better. Communication on discord would be appreciated but we have worked with members who are silent in the past. We do keep chatter during the pull to a minimum so if you are used to chatting during pulls we probably aren't the best fit. We encourage discussion in between pulls and chat about random stuff after the raid at times though.
Schedule: Somewhat tentative times are going to be: M-Th 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM pst
We might only do 3/4 days for savage only depending on how people feel but those will likely be our hours for FRU. Again the above hours are pretty light but our goal will remain clearing FRU before the next tier if not a bit after.

We will not be blind progging but we will be looking over any strats available and deciding on the best strat for the group. We won't always be using the pf strat if another method fits our group better or if we prefer to get someone uptime etc. We prefer to be a long-term static that does the most difficult content in a reasonable amount of time without going too hardcore as shown by our hours below.

We encourage discussion in between pulls and chat about random stuff after the raid at times though.

The above hours are pretty light but our goal will be to clear the tier within a reasonable amount of time (usually about a month) and after reclears to move on to ultimate if there is one in 7.3.
