slayer? but I barely know her

Good morning. We’re looking at creating a Midcore TEA static to alleviate the (our) suffering in pf. The three of us have been raiding together since Heavyweight and cleared UWU together. Melee has already cleared and is willing to help out.

Main goal: Clear before Evercold (Preferably before the New year). Along with farming a few totems out.

Current prog point: P2 BJCC 2nd pass.

Days: Thu, Fri, Sat - 7pm to 10 pm cst. There will be a 10/15 min break.

Expectations:

• Have a decent understanding of your role/job. Along with having the correct food and pots at the ready.
• Prog mindset: Study mechanics ahead of time and utilize sims when available.
• Consistency: Memes are bound to happen but we should be consistently making our prog point.
• Punctuality: Please show up at the time prescribed. Life happens, if you’re going to be late or unavailable just let us know ahead of time so we can make adjustments.
• Have logs: Savage experience (at least some) and ultimate experience preferred. We are not looking for perfect players, but players who are willing to put the time in.
• Learning/Improving/Feedback: We all will make mistakes please be accountable, as long as we learn from them and try not to repeat. Be receptive to feedback and please be respectful when giving feedback.
• Utilize discord: Can be on mute but be there for other members to communicate
• Questions: If you don’t understand something it won’t hurt to ask the group.
• Golden rule: It goes without saying please be respectful to everyone in the group. We’re all sacrificing our time to be here because we want to be here.

If you are interested or have questions, please send me a dm on discord (@hapns) with like a few sentences about yourself, the role/job you are interested in and your logs/tomestone.
