We’re a midcore static looking to fill Dancer, Dragoon, and Samurai for current and future raid content.
Our goal is simple: clear content, improve together, and actually enjoy raid nights.
We take progression seriously and expect everyone to come prepared, know their job, communicate, and keep a growth mindset, but at the end of the day, we value people we genuinely enjoy raiding with over logs, parses, or perfect play. We can teach mechanics and optimize together; finding people that fit the group and make raid nights something to look forward to matters more.
What we’re looking for: DNC / DRG / SAM Midcore mindset (focused but not hardcore) Comfortable giving and receiving feedback Reliable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to improve Chill personality and good group chemistry

Small Business Raiders is a growing raid community built around one goal: clearing difficult content while continually improving.
We're interested in players who enjoy progression, learning fights, refining execution, and tackling the game's hardest challenges together. Savage is our foundation, but our interests extend to Ultimates, Deep Dungeons, Criterion, and whatever else gives us an excuse to wipe for three hours before someone says, "Okay, I think I get it now."
We're not a parse-focused group. We care about uptime, optimization, and playing your job well because those things help us clear, not because we're chasing colored numbers. Good logs are a byproduct of good play.
What we value: Consistency over ego. Accountability over excuses. Improvement over perfection. Team success over individual glory.
We're looking for players who can take feedback, communicate well, and enjoy solving difficult encounters with people who take the game seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
Our sense of humor tends toward the sarcastic, dry, and occasionally dark. If your first instinct after a wipe is to laugh, figure out what happened, and pull again, you'll probably fit right in.
