6/8 Savage and EX static of friends looking for a Caster and Phys range to complete our full party! We have a midcore approach to raiding where a balance between shared goals and having a life is appreciated. It looks like this:

SCHEDULE: We avoid burnout by keeping our planned weekly schedule to 2 hours twice a week (7-9pm EST Wed/Thurs). If there's expressed desire to do more (super duper close to a clear), we may organize for more on a given week or just take a ready check for 1 extra attempt; boundaries on availability are king though, as everyone has their own life. As such, if anyone has scheduling conflicts, no sweat! Long as it's communicated mindfully.

GOALS: -Prog through fights while having fun. -Get each member their BIS for the tier. -Get each member their mount for the tier.

ASKS AND EXPECTATIONS: First and foremost, we are LGBTQ+ allies and individuals. As such, everyone is expected to be on the same page regarding mindfulness about your own privileges, the experiences of other ethnicities, identities, preferences etc. AND to make an effort to use self-identified pronouns of others. Don't bother reaching out if you're not about those principles. Beyond that, here's our activity expectations:

-Try to study the fight before and while we prog. Speak up between pulls if you need a second to review! -Be on time or communicate about delays/absences. -Be a learner about your job! Know your opener and rotation. Ask your team for advice. Care about your performance. -Use food and pots (pots on enrage to clear at least). If you can't craft or buy, say so and we'll try to get you setup with some! -Communicate with your team about adjustments. Got a partner for a mechanic that works weird with your gap closer? Notice your shared mitigation is getting overlapped? Unsure of when is best to use a role ability? Just say so, we're a team and that's what makes it fun.

Loot Approach: Each clear, if your BiS drops, roll need till you get it and greed everything else for alt jobs, glam or non-bis. Generally, after the first clear, we'll throw together a plan for loot distribution based on achieving BIS for everyone in the least amount of clears possible. If there's a piece you're gunning for outside of BiS (glam or alt job you're keen on) you can usually vocalize a desire for it, and unless someone has a similar desire, people will usually pass for each other, elsewise whoever appeals harder to the RNG gods wins!
