Looking for a caster for a 1-2 month clear of Heavyweight, M9S-M12S. Adults only please.

Schedule: Plan is to raid Tuesdays and Thursday from 7-10pm EST regularly, with likely hours week 1 to frontload as much prog as possible.

Expectations:

• Have cleared a full tier before echo.
• Comfortable with your job(s)/role's utility/optimization + mit planning as a group.
• Be motivated to improve as a DPS player through the tier, learning from people who share your job.
• Arrive on time, studied before raid begins, and prepared for prog.
• Communicate any scheduling conflicts in advance and as things pop up. Please be respectful of everyone's time.
• Come with a good attitude and a sense of humour, but know when it's time to be serious.
• Take responsibility for mistakes and be willing to listen to feedback. Mistakes happen, but be mature when the group is diagnosing an issue. Ask questions if/when you need to, make any adjustments, and we'll run it again.
• Ready to contribute to gearing either by crafting, gathering, or providing materia for the pile, as well as your own portion of tome mats for crafted gear.
• Keep on top of tome gear and normal raids week to week. Keep the group updated on progress to BIS.
• VC available, but be prepared to discuss strats and decisions in text for accessibility.
