Currently progging halfway through M11S Recruiting either non MNK Melee / non SMN Caster OR non PLD MT
Casual/Midcore Static based in Crystal, with most of us have been together for a couple tiers now
Focus is on timely progression and improvement, but not stressed about deadlines outside of doing our best to down content on patch/before Echo shaves the challenge away. That said, the sooner the better!
We prioritize divvying up BiS drops on DPS > Supports to facilitate faster/easier reclears; and then all else for any & everyone's alt jobs as desired
We have a combination of PST and EST time zone players, as such the schedule is a bit pinched due to some getting home from work or not intending to stay up tooooo late; 8pm est - 10pm est, preferably at least three days a week starting on reset day.
Tue, Wed, Thurs, sometimes potential for Friday or Weekends as emergency/makeup/push-for-clear days but we won't make that required o7
In the event a caster applies, a willingness to fake melee will help a ton, but not required. Resident Bard player in the group may bounce between Viper / Bard depending on the tier or other roles.
Introduction

As the Heavyweight tier has been well underway as of updating this recruitment, the group is currently halfway through progging M11S and still going through reclears for M10S+ gear, pages and alt job gear. Once everyone has all the gear they could consider needing (or at least until after the Alliance + catchup loot is up) then we may consider floor skipping into the fights we're progressing. Willing to accept M10S enragers or fresh M11S as long as both their play and learning are decent.
In order looking for a non MNK melee > non SMN caster willing to fake-melee (negotiable with our current caster) > tank willing to MT
Assuming one of the above dps gets recruited, our resident MCH will be transitioning to their preferred Tank slot and I (VPR) will be taking over as resident Phys-ranged going forward
