Team Ready Check

Due to a work schedule change caused conflict, Team Ready Check is looking for a new OT for Savage--and also ideally finishing Futures Rewritten Ultimate (FRU). We're a bunch of raiders who are no longer willing or able to put in the longer hours of more hardcore groups. Our schedule is (in EST) 7:30-10:30 PM on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

We've started Savage late due to trying to finish FRU, but we've decided to put it on hold and do Savage first. Our FRU prog point was Crystallize Time (with a few clears and one or two P5s), our Savage is M8S P2 (furthest pull is death to Champion's Circuit) with one clear from outside our time PFing. Our goal is to finish Savage, then go to reclears and re-prog until both at least 8 clears of M8S and 1 clear of FRU are achieved. More to be discussed as we approach those thresholds.

You are a good fit if: -You have cleared at least one Ultimate before, as most of the group has cleared several. -You can reliably make our times and be available for raid during raid. Life happens I get it, but if life is always happening during our times we might not be the best fit for you. -You like raiding because challenging content and getting better at the game is fun. -You want to raid on the job you're here for. Many of us are on our first choice ideal jobs and I want that experience for you too. -You are willing and eager to ask questions if you're having troubles with something. -You are either interested in FRU and your prog point is at least P3 enrage (Darklit isn't hard but you would need to be willing and able to sim CT outside our time to get caught up there) OR you are only interested in Savage + reclears. Our OT is only stepping down due to being unavailable on Tuesdays, but they expressed interest in FRU on Thu/Fri if that works out once we have Tue for reclears.

Also bigotry of all kinds is not to be tolerated in this group. No racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia or whatever. On Discord I'm "swekyde". I prefer if you reach out with your logs there and we can chat; every situation has questions and the XIV Recruit UI isn't the best for back and forth discussion. I'm more worried about vetting you (and you us) on the culture side of things. You don't need to prove yourself as an omega gamer, just that you aren't prog lying.
