7.5x [Ult][sHC][LFM][Materia DC]

Hello! We're a sHC static looking to do the 7.5x Ultimate together. We are currently 4/8 on the roster raiding on the Materia DC. We welcome any other DC raiders to join us since DC traveling is free!

Raid days:

• Mon - Thurs 9pm-11pm AEDT
• Saturday, Sunday 7pm - 11pm AEDT
• Single lockout on weekdays, double lockout on weekends, Fridays are off. Double lockout weekdays will be discussed once we fill.

We have two members who are fresh in ultimate but have cleared the tier. OT has cleared one ultimate and multiple savage tiers; H1 has cleared all ultimates and 3 ultimates on patch.

What we expect in the static:

• Bring your own food and pots. If you run out of gil to buy them, please let us know, we're happy to help.

• Be punctual for raid. If you can't make it, please give the static a heads up.

• Know your job and rotation. While we're not aiming for high parses, DPS check in ult fights are important and we expect everyone to know how to play their jobs optimally.

• Responsible commitment. Don't enlist in multiple statics and be burnt out when you come to raid. We want everyone to bring their A game.

• Willingness to learn and improve. Be open for vod reviews and constructive feedback. While we are progging, please study the mechanics beforehand. We are all trying to achieve the same goal of clearing together. Optimize for the clear and not your parse.

• Open communication. If you have any problems with strats, mits or anything in general, please speak up.

• Be level-headed. !#$% happens, some mechanics are harder to pick up for others. No raging or snide comments when someone makes a mistake, it brings team morale down and that doesn't benefit anybody.
