Reason Why Im Wanting To DO Explicitly TEA (The Epic Of Alexander) Is To Honor My Dad Who Got Me Into The Series In The 1st Place. When I Was Little He Pasted Away So Im Doing It To Honor Him. So We Are Gonna Be Going At This ALOT Till We Clear So. Im Looking For Patient I Mean VERY Patient People Whos Willing To Go Far With Me To Clear TEA Meaning Im Forming A Team With Those I Can Trust With No Fear Whos Is Very Patient With Me Meaning I Wanna Go Extra Lengths To Ensure To Clear Im In Post Dawntrail I Main Reaper And I'm Willing To Obviously Work Towards Clearing TEA.

Here Are 3 Simple Rules You HAVE To Follow:

1. I Have The Final Say. This Is Straightforward Anything I Say Goes. This Is A Drama Free Team I Need All Of Us To Be Ready And Willing To Work Towards Clearing Tea Without Arguing Nothing. However As Far As Planning Goes As Long As I And All Of Us In The Agreement That We Go With This Plan For Clearing TEA Like Assigning Dolls Etc. But If The Plan Isnt Solid I Will Say No And Veto It. However Im Open To Work With My Team To Ensure We Have It All Down And Make Sure We Can Handle Each Phase Of TEA (The Epic Of Alexander) With Little To No Problems

2. Accessibility Restrictions Now This Team Must Respect TOS At All Times. But However If You Use Some UI Mods And You 100% NEED Them To Help You Directly Please Inform Me Privately For The Teams Safety. I Am Not Responsible For Your Actions But If You Choose To Use Mods Simply Put Its Your Choice And Your Responsibility Not Ours. I Pefer If We Use The Games Standard UI Etc. But If You Have Preferences With Standard Game Ui Hotkeys Etc. Thats Fine Its Understandable. This Is Explicitly For Members Whos Currently Using UI Mods To Help Them With There Conditions. Don't Show And Tell Simple.

3. Be Ready. This Is Very Simple Always Be Ready And On Time To Raid I Want Us To Be Ready You Wont Be Punished For Being Early Being Early Shows Your Ready To Get Into Action And Clear TEA. If You Are Late A Few Mins Is Fine But A Hour Shows Your Not Willing To Work With Us. You Will Be Removed If Your A Hour Late We Will Mostly Likely Work Everyday Till Clear From 4:45 PM EST TO 8:30 PM EST Once The Holidays Are Over. Around Jan 7th Is Best Time To Start. Its Go Time. We Will be Using The Holidays To Get To Know Each Other And Build A Bond And Trust Between Each Other. So Dont Be Afraid To Open Up About Whats Going On In Your Life.
