TLDR; Hello! Looking for a caster for current raid tier. Mostly LGBTQ group, casual, friendly.
Hello! o/ We're a friendly, casual group looking for a caster! Most of us are LGBTQ, those who are not are accepting. We're aiming to start around 3PM EST on Saturdays, and we're open to anyone from any server or DC, as some of us are on Crystal and others on Aether. Experience raiding is not necessary, as the group is pretty diverse in that regard as well, ranging from those with experience with only one other group, to those with extensive experience raiding be it in multiple groups on FFXIV, retired WoW raiders, or both. At the moment, we're looking to start on the most recent raid tier. We like to start blind and go to guides as needed, in effort of accommodating both preferences best we can.

We're a friendly, casual group, most of us being LGBTQ+ and every one of us at minimum being accepting of the community. We're planning to go for some of our prog blind, and going to guides when necessary, in effort of balancing things for people with differing preferences. We like to keep it light and not take it overly serious. Some of us are newer to raiding, others have extensive experience be it with WoW, FFXIV, or both. At the moment, we aim to start at about 3PM EST to accommodate timezone differences within the group, but it may be possible to start a little earlier.
