Looking for 2 members for the following job(s):
TLDR; Hello! Looking for a sch/sage, and caster! M10S, LGBT + newbie friendly.
Hello! o/ We're a friendly, casual group looking for a a ranged DPS/caster and healer! Looking for ranged, preferably caster DPS, and a shield healer. Most of us are LGBTQ, those who are not are very accepting. We start around 3PM EST on Saturdays, and we're open to anyone from any server or DC, as some of us are on Crystal and others on Aether. Experience raiding is not necessary, as the group is pretty diverse in that regard as well, ranging from those with experience with only one other group, to those with extensive experience raiding be it in multiple groups on FFXIV, retired WoW raiders, or both. At the moment, we're working through current savage tier. We like to start blind and go to guides as needed, in effort of accommodating both preferences best we can. We are currently in M10S, and request that you look into the fight before joining as we've been working on it, but no prior experience with the fight is necessary.
Very casual, just want to have fun, learn fights and make friends along the way.
On meets where we have someone missing and can't find a fill, we either take breaks or do mount farms, up to group vote. We'll sometimes try PF if everyone is comfortable.
My discord is Wikita, please feel free to reach out there! <3
Introduction
Hello! o/
We're a friendly, casual group, most of us being LGBTQ+ and every one of us at minimum being accepting of the community. We're planning to go for some of our prog blind, and going to guides when necessary, in effort of balancing things for people with differing preferences. We like to keep it light and not take it overly serious. Some of us are newer to raiding, others have extensive experience be it with WoW, FFXIV, or both. At the moment, we aim to start at about 3PM EST to accommodate timezone differences within the group, but it may be possible to start a little earlier. Currently on M10S, doing M9S runs as well to get gear.
