Weekly Debuffs is an lgbtqia+ static that was formed during Heavyweight Tier with new raiders to learn and gain experiences by starting with Extremes and M1S. Now, we've unfortunately lost our off-tank due to work scheduling conflicts just as we saw M8S P2.
We are looking for an experienced/quick learner non-paladin tank (preferred) or a pure healer to clear M8S, move on to heavyweight tier, continue wing farming with EX5 onward through new trials and hopefully through all of Evercold.

Introduction
Weekly Debuffs was formed during the Heavyweight Tier (M9S-M12S) with the goal to learn and gain experience raiding. We started with Valigarmanda EX and worked our way up to M8S P2. Our goal is to do all hard content together.

Rules:
- No one is above the other, if you parse better than someone else on the same role you are not "worse than" and they have no bragging rights.
FFLogs is used as a TOOL to help improve for those that WANT to use it. Please do not shove it to those that don't care about their parses. This includes no bragging if you get a higher parse than someone else.
- ASK someone if they want help rather than assuming they do.
- While we are casual, if you cannot make a time that was set we expect to be notified in advance to utilize the makeup day. If the makeup day does not work, you may be subbed for that specific day or we may reschedule. TWO TIMES missing raid with no warning will result in replacement in the static.
- If you need to drop from the static, you must give at least a week warning. Some things happen abruptly and you cannot do so, but if you know months in advance that you are unable to attend after a certain period and choose to not notify us of this, that is rude to everyone involved.
- HAVE FUN! If you mess up its okay! If someone else messes up its okay!
