Why Brain No Work

We are currently a 7/8 casual static on the lookout for a potential NON-VPR/SAM Melee or Physical Ranged DPS. Our current progression point is up to Arena Split in M11S, with a couple people in the static having seen M12S. A few members of the static also have several ultimate experiences/clears.

A lot of us have come back together to play after various amount of breaks with a more casual laid-back attitude, but a strong mentality of wanting to clear. Most of us are pretty good friends, and keep a very light atmosphere. We are a casual static, but there is still an expectation to perform, show up, and clear.

Static Expectations:

• Show up to raid on time
• Cap tomes every week (or already have your tome gear finished)
• Have a clear understanding of your rotation and be able to execute during fights
• Communicate any issues you may have timely, respectfully, and appropriately
• If you can't show up to raid, please let us know as far in advance as possible

Reclears: We ask that you do not clear fights ahead of the raid if the static still needs loot, unless its been discussed prior and everyone is ok with it. Additionally, once raid is over on Sunday, everyone is free to prog/PF however and whenever they like.
