Our group is recruiting to progress through Dragonsong’s Reprise (Ultimate). We are composed of both veterans with Ultimate experience and newer players entering their first Ultimate. Our focus is on consistency, accountability, and structured progression toward clear, sprinkles of fun in the middle of it.

Requirements: Strong understanding of your chosen job(s) with the ability to optimize performance. (Will need your tomestone or logs to make sure you're not parsing a 0)

Willingness to research mechanics and adapt to strategies. (This is not a blind prog, study the mechs and watch vids.)

Consistent attendance and punctuality for scheduled raid nights. (RL happens, I understand it. Just be on time.)

Openness to feedback and collaborative improvement. (Asking for your input is not an attack)

Current Composition: Confirmed Jobs Tank (Can Flex to phys ranged if last resort) / Melee / Magic Ranged / Healer (Can flex shield or pure)

Recruiting: Another tank, or 2. Any healer (Shield or Pure) Phys Ranged

Schedule: We operate EST (Eastern Time Zone) Friday 12am (midnight) to 2 am (1 lock out) Saturday 6pm to 2am (the goal for 2 lockouts.) Sunday 6pm to 11:30pm (2 lockouts, tighter time frame.)

Group Environment: Structured, progression-focused atmosphere. Respectful communication and accountability. Balanced mix of experienced players guiding newer members.
