TLDR; Current Tier Savage blindprog, RegenHealer Preferred, Weekend afternoons EU
LOOKING FOR: one midcore oriented raider interested in blind prog for the current savage tier. (Helpers welcome, but no spoiling mechanics/strats unless we ask.)
Regen healer preferred, as that is the role we're replacing, but several members have shown interest in swapping roles if it fills the position faster/with a better fit, including our shield healer, tank, a melee, and a caster.
Savage experience preferred, but not required. Simply knowing the job you're playing and a willingness to learn savage mechanics (and potentially help figuring them out) meets the requirement.
We are on M10S, more than midway though we believe (After Jail is our prog point, if that means anything to you). For a good fit, we are willing to re-prog M9S.
We run weekend afternoons on EU time, currently 3 hours on Saturday, and 2 hours on Sunday. There is some flexibility on schedule and attendance, but not much.
Note that due to us blind progging, our strats may be nonstandard.
Introduction
We're a midcore/semi-hardcore static (by this site's definition) that Blind-Prog the Savage fights! We do weekends, in the afternoons on Central Eu times.
We run the fights blind, meaning that we don't look up mechanics or strats beforehand, and we figure the mechanics out as we encounter them. We do have the provision that we can look up strats if we, as a team, agree that a mechanic is either to complicated or too unfun to figure out on our own (Think M6S add-phase).
In the current Savage tier, we're a bit further than halfway through M10S.
In the current and last Savage tier, however, we've hit some unfortunate scheduling conflicts, members changing IRL jobs, and our fearless leader's shifting timezones rather extensively.
In my capacity as interim raid-lead, I manage the team through the adversity until it passes and our original raid lead can take back over.
