Yuri (Ultimate)

Fresh FRU static recruitment (Elemental/JP DCs)  We are setting up a fresh FRU static, and are looking for people to join us ! Our plan is to prog the fight slowly but steadily, with 3x3h raid sessions per week. This static includes experienced ultimate raiders, as well as first time ultimate raiders, so people are welcome to join even if they never progged an ultimate before, as long as they show the motivation to clear the fight.  We are currently looking for ST, H1 (pure healer) and D1/D2 (melees).  MT: GNB ST: H1:

• Schedule:  Mon: 8:30pm-11:30pm JST (3h) Wed: 8:30pm-11:30pm JST (3h) Thu: 8:00pm-11:00pm JST (3h)  Some days may be punctually added or rescheduled depending on the situation.  Requirements:

• Have cleared a savage tier on content, without echo (anything from Abyssos savage included).

• Can join discord and communicate in VC if needed.

• Be willing to learn and improve. Have a problem-solving mentality and can take constructive criticism.

• Study the mechanics in advance to be ready when actually progging.

• Be on time, or communicate in advance if late/absent.

• Most importantly, someone who can have fun raiding an ultimate!  Notes:

• Already having ilvl 730 BiS is appreciated, however we will farm light-heavyweight unsynced before starting FRU. CAR gear is not required.

• We are using Mana strats (Lily/Nukemaru) https://xivjpraids.com/ultimates/fru/.

• We will raid on Elemental, unless someone is absent in which case we will move to Mana, or Gaia if Mana is crowded.

• Doing PF off raid is allowed and even encouraged, but you are expected to be there for regular sessions even if you managed to go farther in PF.

• We will either reduce raid sessions or take a break if a new ultimate comes out in September and we haven't cleared yet.

• Some people plan to live stream our raid sessions, so you should be ok with that.  If interested, please send me a DM. Thanks !
