Freshly Brined Pickles

We are a group all from an FC on Dynamis, Marilith (NA). Our current goal is to clear this raid tier, right now we have finished m5s/m6s, and are starting on m7s. Though we really got a late start to this tier, I want to finish it so they know what to expect for next tier. We are probably Midcore, so we have aspirations, and are chill, but we aren't in a major rush to clear things by progging non-stop, just at the scheduled times we are available. Very friendly and relaxed group, though we do want to take the content serious enough to complete it, looking to progress every time we meet up ideally until we get clears. Of course farming reclears every week for bis afterwards as well for at least the classes we are using.

Current raid times start around 8 PM EST. (5 PM PST.) and go for around 3 hours, so 2 lockouts on savage, we do that Wednesdays and Fridays. It may not be a crazy schedule, but it's what we can manage, and we have made good progress with it over time.

Sadly we lost our pure healer seemingly out of nowhere recently, right as we started progging m7s, so we have only really learned phase 1 to a degree currently with the single lockout we tried. Our shield healer is omni heals, so if needed they can swap and learn, we just need a healer in general.
