Hands for Hire

Hello everyone, and welcome to Hands for Hire!

Our group formed from the three of us running harder content together, starting with Dawntrail extremes (EX1 and EX4 primarily), and we wanted to get a group together for us to have a consistent party for us to run stuff together!

We picked up the name "Hands for Hire" after the three of us realized that we could serve as a sort of mercenary group, filling Party Finder ads in our free time to help others get mounts, weapons, etc. This expanded into more of a static where we want to clear harder content together!

Some important things to know about us:

• We're probably best suited to describe ourselves as midcore -- we want to see prog and see clears, but we totally understand that life happens and not everyone is available to spend hours on end progging.

• We'd love to see newer raiders! We all started pretty fresh this expac and so we would love to help newer people gear up -- as long as you're committed to learning the fights and here to have a good time!

• The three of us typically hang out in VC frequently, but it's not required to speak! We just ask that you are in VC to hear callouts and explanations!

The things we're looking for:

• People who are open to learn new content with our group!

• People who are willing to take advice (always given in a friendly manner) to improve gameplay!

• People who are present as much as they can be on raid nights (we totally understand that life gets in the way, but participation is greatly appreciated!) This extends to punctuality -- we define raid start times with the group in mind, please respect everyone's time!

• People are who are here to cultivate a positive, fun learning environment and want to clear some of FFXIV's harder content!

Along with current extreme and savage tier, we also really enjoy a series of various activities in the game! These include older content mount farming, The Hunt, and field operations like Bozja and Occult Crescent!
