TLDR; [MC Casual] M8S Reclears/Enrage + 7.4 Savage [Tu+Th @8:30-10PM EST]
We're looking for individuals who are consistent and reliable, have a demonstrated history of improvement, and vibe well with our group. DT Savage experience preferred.
Our 5 core members are midcore in abilities; have a fun, chill social energy; and are more on the mature side. Most of us have limited playtimes due to IRL priorities but do enough prep and focus up during raid to make good progress. Our aim in 7.4 is to clear the Extreme on Week 1, then move on to Savage in Week 2 once PF strats are more consistent. We'll go at whatever pace is comfortable for the group, but generally aim to clear within 3-4 months.
We'd ideally like to find people who would like to try different roles per tier, but that is not an absolute necessity - the culture fit is the main priority for us.
Current Plans: We'd like to complete several weeks of M8S reclears (willing to help those close to enrage). Between now and 7.4, we'll likely be socializing on Discord, farming EXs and/or working on deep dungeons. Some will be taking breaks.

Introduction
We are a chill-but-capable midcore group with a casual schedule and a strong focus on people and teamwork. Our goal is to clear each tier while it's current - in fewer weekly hours than most groups while also enjoying the friendships and social connections that make raiding fun.
Our members have varying degrees of savage and ultimate experience. Even with our 1.5 hrs x 2 days a week schedule, we've cleared fights quickly by balancing preparation, flexibility and a supportive atmosphere. We hold ourselves to a higher standard than your average PF, but we also value dignity, patience and respect - because clears feel better when you enjoy the people you are with.
Key things about us:

- We value initiative, ownership, curiosity and respect for group flow.
- We catch issues early and address them with honesty and kindness.
- We see raiding as both progress and play. We keep a relaxed, fun, playful and patient atmosphere that respects raid-life balance, but also stay focused on getting those clears.
- We expect members to study mechanics, come prepared, and consistently work towards improvement - not perfection, but reliability.
- We protect psychological safety above all. We will not tolerate any behavior that undermines that.
- "Patience" here is about encouraging growth and honoring each individual's learning pace, but it will not be used as an excuse to tolerate things that turn raid into an obligation/chore.
- We believe in everyone's potential to improve and will offer ample support/opportunities for change. It is our goal to not blindside anybody when decisions are made.
Additional info:
- We have a static omnicrafter willing to provide crafted gear and pots in exchange for mats or at heavily discounted prices.
- We were able to clear this tier after reforming the static as a 5/8 team in August. We've consistently been able to find reliable fills from our friend network and PF.
