I started this group last raid tier primarily to get my FC in to raiding. The group will be raiding on Crystal with our FC located on Zalera if you want to drop by. The group is fairly chill and I am not pushing for any specific clear week for the group as a whole but I do require steady progress week to week. Now saying that, I spend a ton of extra time in PF to push for a faster personal clear and higher parse. We also have others in the group who do the same which is why our personal prog points are different. Once I get my fill of PF for the tier, I then transition to spending off raid nights doing training runs for friends/FC members who can't commit to a set time. I do not require the static to show up to these nights but you are encouraged if you need some extra raid time to learn mechanics and can make it. We generally use strategies that are common in PF with a preference towards uptime ones. We also have several members who do other content such as criterion and ultimates. Though not required, would love to find someone who is up to running more stuff outside of raid nights.
