About Us:

Hey there! We're looking to form a new group that is interested in progging the new EX once 7.2 releases, and farming up everyone's weapon so we can hit the ground running once the new savage tier drops. New players are welcome. We will start off the tier blind, then try out strats and resources as they come out in order to figure out what works best for us.

The group follows a Semi-MC mindset. We don't expect you to be the best player in the world, but we do expect you to always strive for improvement. Our priority is to do our best to clear the content as quickly as possible. With that in mind, we would like everyone involved to be serious about focusing on a clear, but a little bit of silliness here and there won't be frowned upon.

Rules:

We aren’t a very strict group, but there are a few rules I ask everyone to follow:

• Be respectful.

• Be Patient.

• Be on time, and notify us as soon as possible if you know you are going to be late (we understand emergencies happen sometimes)

• Join the VC for callouts and discussions (You do not have to talk if you do not want to, as long as you are able to listen)

• Understand your Job Rotation (If you need help finding resources to improve, all you need to do is ask).

• Don’t be afraid to ask questions.

• Be willing to give and receive criticism. [If you are worried about confrontation, you can DM me or my Raid Leader on discord regarding any issues, opinions, or critiques you may have with the state of prog, or another member. Our DMs are always open for issues regarding such, and we would much prefer to be approached regarding an issue so we can take care of it early on before it buds into something bigger than it needs to be.]

• No excessive banter during pulls, attention should be prioritized on mechs and raid-lead’s callouts. A little silliness is fine but try to save the majority for between pulls.
