WAD Gaming [Light - Phoenix] | Real Life First FC & Upcoming Casual Static Who We Are: We are WAD Gaming, an adult, "Real Life First" community. We aren't a hardcore esports clan; we are a group of adults with jobs, families, and responsibilities who just want to play FFXIV with good people. If you need to step away from the keyboard because the baby is crying or the dog is making a weird noise, you won't get yelled at here.
Where We Are At: Right now, our core group is actively levelling and enjoying the story. We are running roulettes, clearing dungeons, and building up our Free Company. However, we are actively scouting and recruiting to build our Static roster so we are ready to tackle endgame content together once we hit the cap.
The Static Vision: We are putting together a fresh group built on patience and inclusion. We won't shout at you for wiping, and we don't demand you play the absolute meta. We want to learn mechanics, progress at a steady pace, and actually enjoy endgame content without the toxicity of the Party Finder.
Current Roster & What We Need:
Tank: Paladin (Filled)
Tank: Looking for Co-Tank
Healers: Looking for Regen & Shield Healers
DPS: Black Mage (Filled)
DPS: Machinist (Filled)
DPS: Looking for Melee / Flex DPS
Schedule: Our exact raid days are TBD based on what works best for the final group, but we will not be raiding on Wednesdays or Fridays.

The Static: We are putting together a fresh static built on patience and inclusion. We won't yell at you for wiping, and we don't demand you play the meta. We want to learn mechanics, progress at a steady pace, and actually enjoy the content. Our current core is a Paladin (me), a Black Mage, and a Machinist, so we are actively looking for healers, a co-tank, and melee DPS to round out the squad! (Note: Raiding days are TBD, but will not be Wednesdays or Fridays).
