This static is formed with the idea of accommodating work/families in mind. Try hard when we are on, but absences due to work or family matters are entirely acceptable as long as a heads up is given as early as possible. Expectations are to show up each week having done your homework to be familiar with the upcoming prog points and your role in them. During raid I like to keep things chill and chatting is encouraged.
