Everyone is progressing! First time raiders to veteran raiders are in our group, neither are above or below the other. Treat people with respect! ASK someone if they want help rather than assuming they do. FFLogs is used as a TOOL to help improve for those that WANT to use it. Please do not shove it to those that don't care about their parses. This includes no bragging if you get a higher parse than someone else. Give adequate warning if you cannot show up / will be late to raid night. All of us are giving up time for raiding and if there are consistent delays we will need to discuss it!
